Step 3: Precision Printing

After the model is imported into the slicing software, it is printed layer by layer in the SLA equipment. Usually the printing time of a part ranges from a few hours to more than ten hours, depending on the volume.

Step 4: Post-Processing

After printing, clean the residual resin with alcohol and perform ultraviolet post-curing to improve the strength and stability of the finished product.

The final products must undergo quality inspections such as size and appearance, and only after being confirmed to be free of defects can they be packaged and shipped.

Q2: If I send you the drawing, how can I can know if you send to others?

A2: Yes, we will not disclose your design to any third party without your permission. Before you send us drawings, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) so there will be no leakage of drawings.

Q3: What the production timeline?

A3: The sample can be usually provide within 5 days. It depends on the dimension of the products

Q4: What is your terms of payment?

A4: 50% deposit , T/T, Paypal, the balance pay before shipment.

Q5: If I want to custom the color, how will you achieve it?

A5: You can provide us the pantone code or color plate, we will adjust the color that you want to custom.

Q6: Can you provide logo custom?

A6: Yes, the logo can custom by silk-screen or engrave.
