Process
Firstly, we will assign programming tasks to the CNC engineering team, who will program and arrange CNC machining based on the 3D drawings.
After processing, surface treatment will be carried out according to the customer's requirements.
After all the parts have been completed, we will measure and verify them according to customer's information or drawings.
This step is quality control. We have a dedicated quality inspection department to ensure that all products meet the drawing requirements before shipment. If there have impacted parts, we will remake and check again to ensure every step is right.
After passing the inspection, we will proceed with packaging and then contact the freight forwarder for shipment. We will report every step of producing, aiming to provide customers with quality assured products.
