1. The casing and bracket of electronic and electrical equipment. Mainly computer cases and server cabinets, which can provide electromagnetic shielding and structural support. The printer/scanner casing and mobile phone metal frame function are both lightweight and protective. There are also power brackets and heat sink shells for some internal components, which are formed by bending to create ventilation structures.

Electro galvanizing: forming a 5-15 μ m zinc layer, resistant to neutral environmental corrosion such as indoor electrical enclosures made by sheet metal bending

2. Decorative surface treatment is mainly for appearance and texture.

Powder coating treatment: Polyester/epoxy powder, 60-120 μ m thickness, RAL color card customization commonly used in home appliance panels and exterior surfaces.

Advantages: Wear resistance>5000 times steel wool friction, cost 30% lower than liquid paint.

Baking process: Three layer spraying (primer+color paint+varnish), mirror glossiness>90GU, used for high-end display racks.

Wire drawing treatment: Mechanical grinding forms straight/irregular lines, Ra 0.4-1.6μm, Commonly seen in electronic product frames. 

Electroplating decorative layer: divided into chrome plating and nickel plating. Chrome plating is used for faucets and car sign sheet metal parts, with a mirror effect. Nickel plating is used on some sheet metal parts in the kitchen and bathroom to prevent fingerprints. ‌

 

3. Functional surface treatment, such as sandblasting, commonly used for welding parts, as well as conductive oxidation.
