Material Composition

ABS is copolymerized by three monomers
Acrylonitrile (A): imparts good chemical resistance and heat resistance;
Butadiene (B): provides toughness and impact resistance;
Styrene (S): enhances rigidity and gloss.
Through the changes in the proportions of the three, injection molding ABS has good mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and processing fluidity, making it an ideal material for structural parts and exterior parts.
Common ABS grades
The ABS materials we use come from well-known brands such as LG, SABIC, Chimei, Taiwan Formosa Chemicals, Bayer, etc., including but not limited to:
CHIMEI PA-757: General high-gloss type
LG HI121H: High impact resistance type
SABIC MG47F: Anti-UV type
Taiwan Formosa Chemicals AG-15E1: Enhanced flame retardant type
ABS+PC alloy material: high temperature/impact resistant applications
All raw materials comply with environmental and safety certifications such as RoHS, REACH, and UL94.
