First, before starting work, we must be equipped with the equipment and supplies required to operate the equipment
Common supplies are: 1. Mask or respirator
2. Goggles. We must always wear the correct PPE at work and protect our eyes.
3. Earplugs or earmuffs, pay attention to protect our hearing.
4. Closed toe, long sleeves and trouser legs, protect feet and balance.
5. Don't wear too loose clothes, if you have long hair, tie it firmly behind.
6. Prepare a brush for removing sharp debris from the surface and hands.

Then, we have to pay attention to some basic requirements for the use of equipment
1. CNC equipment should avoid heat radiation such as direct sunlight, and precision CNC equipment should be away from equipment with large vibration, such as punching machines, forging equipment, etc.;
3. The operating temperature of CNC equipment should be controlled between 15 degrees and 35 degrees. The precision machining temperature is controlled at around 20 degrees, and the temperature fluctuation is strictly controlled;
4. CNC equipment generally uses a dedicated power supply (such as a single channel from the low-voltage distribution room for CNC machine tools), and a voltage stabilizer is installed to reduce the impact of power supply quality and electrical interference.
5. Equipment startup steps:
A. Turn on the external power supply
B. Turn on the power of the CNC itself
C. Turn on the CNC computer power switch
D. After the screen displays the font, release the emergency stop button (clockwise rotation)
E. Set the mode switch to the return to zero mode
F. The return distance from the mechanical origin must be greater than 75mm
G Press the button of each axis in the "ten" direction until the light of each axis is on to the origin.
6. Equipment shutdown steps:
A. Move each axis to the middle position and make sure that the spindle and axis are not running
B. Install an empty tool holder on the spindle to prevent debris from entering the spindle taper hole
C. Press the emergency stop switch
D. Turn off the CNC computer power
E. Turn off the power of the CNC body
F. Close the program and transfer the computer power
III. Daily inspection and maintenance items for CNC equipment
1. Check the liquid level of the lubricating oil pump and the three-point combination lubricating oil tank to ensure the lubrication of the machine tool;
2. Check whether the coolant in the coolant tank is sufficient, and add it in time if it is not enough;
3. Check whether the three-point combination air pressure is normal. The air pressure must be around 6kg/Cm2 to ensure the safe operation of the equipment;
4. Check whether the air blowing in the spindle taper hole is normal, wipe the spindle taper hole with a clean cotton cloth, and spray light lubricating oil;
5. Check whether all signal lights and abnormal warning lights are normal;
6. Check whether the oil pressure unit pipe is leaking;
7. After checking the machine tool, clean it. Clean the entire machine tool workbench, tools and protective covers, iron filings and dust on the workpiece, and keep the environment around the machine tool clean.
IV. Weekly inspection and maintenance items for CNC equipment
1. Check and clean the filter on the heat exchanger;
2. Remove the debris on the cooling water tank water tray and water tank cover, and remove the iron filings deposited in the cooling water tank;
3. Check whether the tool magazine tool change arm moves smoothly or the tool magazine tool disk rotates smoothly, check whether the broaching bolt is loose, and whether the tool handle is clean;
4. When cleaning the machine, wipe the surface of the machine with a neutral detergent and a soft cloth;
5. Remove impurities and moisture in the compressed gas, check the oil level of the oil mist separator, check whether the solenoid valve is working properly, and check the air tightness of the pneumatic system, because the quality of the pneumatic system directly affects the replacement of tools and the lubrication system;
6. Prevent dust and dirt from entering the CNC device.
