CNC parts and mold processing are two different manufacturing processes, and there are some obvious differences between them.

First of all, CNC parts is a processing process for a single part, which is automated by computer numerical control (CNC) machine tools. CNC machine tools can perform precise cutting, drilling, milling and other operations on parts according to preset programs, thereby processing raw materials into the required shape and size. CNC processing has the characteristics of high precision, high efficiency and high repeatability, and is suitable for producing large quantities of parts.

In contrast, mold processing is a processing process for the mold itself, which is manufactured by using CNC machine tools or other processing equipment. A mold is a tool used for molding, injection molding or stamping, which can produce a large number of identical parts. Mold processing needs to take into account factors such as the structure, material, and use conditions of the mold, and at the same time, it is necessary to master the technology and process of mold manufacturing.
